Processing Time

All 3D prints are made to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.
Processing time may vary based on order volume, print size, or filament color availability.

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship together or separately depending on completion time and packaging requirements.

Shipping Rates

Flat Rate (Default): $6.95 per order (U.S. only)

Free Shipping: On orders over $35 (after discounts)

Local Pickup: Currently unavailable

International Shipping: Not available at this time

Shipping costs include postage, packaging, and handling.

Carriers & Delivery

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground depending on weight and destination.
Typical delivery times are:

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We’ll work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.

If your package is lost in transit, please allow the carrier’s full estimated time before reaching out. We will assist with tracking and carrier claims where possible.
