Backstory: Korrak the Swift
Korrak was born under the harsh, unrelenting sun of the Southern Wastes, a land where the weak perish and only the cunning survive. From a young age, he learned the art of stealth and speed, essential skills for a Jackalfolk warrior. Unlike his brutish kin, Korrak relied not on raw power but on agility and precision, striking quickly and disappearing before his enemies knew what hit them.
As a youth, Korrak quickly gained a reputation for his swiftness in battle and his ability to navigate the treacherous sands with ease. His speed and reflexes were unmatched, earning him the name “The Swift” among his tribe. He excelled in hit-and-run tactics, using his dual scimitars with deadly efficiency to carve through enemy lines and retreat before they could retaliate.
Korrak’s prowess did not go unnoticed. He was recruited into the personal guard of Rak’thar the Bloodfang, the fearsome General of the Jackalfolk. As one of Rak’thar’s elite warriors, Korrak has been entrusted with carrying out the most dangerous and covert missions, often acting as a scout or assassin ahead of the main force.
Despite his loyalty to Rak’thar, Korrak is a free spirit at heart, driven by the thrill of the hunt and the desire to prove himself the greatest warrior among the Jackalfolk. He dreams of one day leading his own warband, where his name will be spoken in hushed tones across the deserts and beyond.
For now, Korrak serves his General with unwavering dedication, knowing that each battle brings him closer to his ultimate goal. With his speed, cunning, and lethal skill, Korrak the Swift is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield, leaving a trail of blood and terror in his wake.
