In‑stock physical items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom or made‑to‑order items require additional production time. Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
Carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once the order has shipped:
Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days (depending on carrier and service)
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

6. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:
Buyers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:
Contact us after 7 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international) from the ship date.
We will assist in filing a carrier claim where applicable.
We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged:

Include photos of the packaging and the item.

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our catalog may include custom-made physical items and digital files, different rules apply depending on what you buy.

2. Physical Products (Non‑Custom)
Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.

3. Custom or Made‑to‑Order Items

Because custom items are produced specifically for you:
All custom or made‑to‑order sales are final.
Returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your custom item arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the problem.

4. Digital Products (STL Files & Downloads)

All digital sales are final and non‑refundable.
Due to the nature of digital files, refunds or exchanges are not available once the file has been downloaded.
If you experience trouble accessing or downloading your file, we are happy to help.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will offer one of the following at our discretion:

Replacement
Repair
Refund

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.
