Care & Safety
Clean gently using a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse in water or place in a dishwasher.
PLA can soften when exposed to high temperatures, so keep the holder away from radiators, open flames, direct sunlight and other heat sources.
Place on a flat, stable surface. The slender lattice sections form part of the design, so avoid leaning on the holder or hanging heavy items from it.
This is a headphone holder and is not a toy.

Robs 3D Works currently delivers to addresses throughout the United Kingdom.
Processing & Dispatch
Most of our products are individually 3D printed and prepared to order. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days unless a different processing time is stated on the individual product page.
Personalised, custom-made or particularly large items may require additional production time. Where this applies, the expected processing time will be clearly stated in the product description.
UK Delivery
Orders are normally sent using Royal Mail.
Our standard UK delivery service is typically Royal Mail Tracked 48 or an equivalent Royal Mail service appropriate to the size and value of the order.
Please allow approximately 2–4 business days after dispatch for standard delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Where available, an upgraded delivery option may be offered at checkout.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is made.
Where a product is advertised with Free UK Delivery, the delivery cost is included in the product price and no additional standard shipping charge will be added at checkout.
Tracking
Where a tracked delivery service is used, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit. As many of our products are 3D printed decorative pieces, additional protective packaging may be used for delicate or detailed items.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact Robs 3D Works and we will investigate the delivery.
Please check that the delivery address supplied when placing your order is correct.
Damaged Orders
If an item arrives damaged, please contact Robs 3D Works as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Policy
Returns
For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, customers generally have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order. Once you notify us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
