Refund Policy
Because our products are 3D printed and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
If the item is determined to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Minor variations in color, layer lines, surface texture, and other characteristics are normal with 3D-printed products and are not considered defects.
Orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation.
