Thank you for supporting Jake in 3D! I take care to package every order securely so your 3D prints arrive safely and ready to enjoy.
### Processing Time
Most orders are made and prepared for shipping within **3–7 business days**. Some custom or larger orders may require additional time. If your order will take longer than expected, I will do my best to keep you informed.
### Shipping
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Jake in 3D is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
### Damaged Items
While I package orders carefully, damage can occasionally happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and provide **photos of the damaged item and packaging**. I’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.
### Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. If tracking shows that your package is delayed or lost, please contact me so I can help you determine the next steps.
### Custom Orders
Custom and personalized 3D prints may require additional processing time. Because these items are made specifically for you, **custom orders may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order.**
### Important Note About 3D Prints
3D-printed products are made layer by layer. Small variations, layer lines, minor imperfections, or slight differences from product photos may occur. These are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and make each print unique.

# Refund Policy
At Jake in 3D, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Every item is made with care, but I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.
### Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact me within **7 days of delivery**. Please include photos of the item and packaging so I can review the issue.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, I may offer a **replacement, repair, or refund**.
### Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact me within **7 days of delivery**. I will work with you to correct the order.
### Returns
Because many of my products are made to order, **returns are generally not accepted for custom or personalized items**.
For standard, non-custom items, returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
### Refunds
If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs may not be refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
### Final Sale Items
Custom, personalized, clearance, or specially requested items may be considered **final sale** and may not be eligible for a refund.
