Custom and made-to-order products will be dispatched once production is complete. Estimated timescales will be provided at the time of ordering.

**UK Delivery:**
Orders are shipped using a suitable tracked or signed-for service where appropriate. Delivery times may vary depending on the size, weight and nature of the order.

**Custom Orders:**
As many of our products are bespoke or made to order, delivery times may vary. We will keep you informed of any significant delays or changes to the estimated delivery date.

**Damaged or Missing Orders:**
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe. We may require photographs of damaged packaging or the item to assist with any claim.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At **Professional Design Studio**, we take pride in producing high-quality products and bespoke designs. Because many of our products are made to order or customised, our returns and refund policy reflects the nature of our services.

### Custom & Bespoke Products

Custom-made, personalised or bespoke products cannot normally be returned or refunded if you simply change your mind, as production is undertaken specifically to your requirements.

Before production begins, we will confirm the agreed design, specifications and requirements with you. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

### Standard Products

For non-customised products, you may be entitled to return your purchase within **14 days of receiving it**, provided the item is unused, undamaged and returned in its original condition.

The cost of returning an item will normally be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or was supplied incorrectly.

### Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue and, where appropriate, photographs.
