Eligibility
We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds are available for defective items within 15 days of purchase, provided the item is unused.
What Qualifies for Refund
Manufacturing defects (warping, cracking, layer separation, discoloration, etc.)
Damage in transit
Items delivered that don't match the order specification

Change of mind or personal preference
Custom or bespoke orders, unless delivered damaged or defective
Used items or items showing signs of use
Custom Orders: Bespoke 3D-printed products made to your specifications are non-refundable. However, if your item arrives damaged, we'll replace or refund it at no cost.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us within 15 days of purchase with:

A clear description of the defect or damage
Photos showing the issue
Return Shipping
We'll provide a prepaid return label for defective items. Return shipping to Malta is free. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Important: Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify. Used items will not be accepted for refund.
