Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at AB3d PRINTS! We want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D-printed purchase. Because most of our products are made-to-order and personalized/customized, refunds and returns are limited, but we’re happy to work with you if something isn’t right.
Digital Files / STL Downloads
All sales of digital files (STL, OBJ, GCODE, etc.) are final. No refunds or exchanges will be offered once the file has been downloaded or access has been granted.
Physical 3D-Printed Items
A. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Non-Custom Items Only)
If you purchase a ready-made or non-personalized item and are unhappy with it for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs). Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
B. Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered (wrong color, wrong model, major print failures, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will, at our option:
• Re-print and ship a replacement at no extra cost (including free shipping), or
• Issue a full refund (including original shipping costs).
C. Custom/Personalized Orders
Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable except in cases of printing defects or where we made an error in production. “Change of mind,” sizing preferences, or minor aesthetic differences that fall within normal 3D-printing tolerances (layer lines, small supports marks, slight color variations, etc.) do not qualify for refunds or reprints on custom items.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
• Email us at [email protected] or use the contact form within 14 days (defects) or 30 days (satisfaction) of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and clear photos/videos of any issue.
• We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions (if needed) and your RMA number.
Non-Returnable Items
• Digital downloads (after access granted)
• Custom or personalized items (except defects)
• Items marked “final sale” or heavily discounted clearance items
• Items returned without prior authorization
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (when applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defect.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery or take photos and contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials — these may be required by the carrier for a claim.
