Please allow 3-5 business days for printing and processing before your order ships.
Orders are shipped within the United States using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. GenX3D is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Refund Policy
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, changes of mind, or incorrect color/ size selections.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact GenX3D within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Orders may be cancelled before printing begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.
