Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout, though please note that we do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

Shipping costs are always $12 for the continental U.S., with no additional charges.

2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom or made-to-order products may take longer to process—please refer to individual product descriptions for processing times.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the continental United States only. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to international locations or Alaska/Hawaii at this time.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this number to track your order's status through the shipping carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Delays

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.

You must have a proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).

We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return your items.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
